BMW R 1300 GSA Audio System Installation

Today, we’d like to share one of our most interesting projects from the past few months — a custom audio system installation on the new BMW R 1300 GSA.

This motorcycle already looks incredibly modern and technologically advanced from the factory, so our goal was not simply to add a sound system, but to integrate everything as cleanly, reliably, and seamlessly as possible while staying true to the motorcycle’s original design.

We started the project by designing custom speaker pods. After taking precise measurements of the motorcycle, we created a 3D model specifically designed to accommodate 6.5-inch speakers. The prototypes were then 3D-printed, used to create molds, and ultimately turned into the finished components for installation.

Once the pods were ready, we moved on to installing the audio components. The motorcycle received a dedicated amplifier and a two-way component speaker system, delivering powerful, clean, and detailed sound — even at highway speeds.

We paid particular attention to the wiring, equipment mounting, and overall integration of the system. Our goal was to make every component look as close to a factory-installed solution as possible, while keeping everything securely mounted and perfectly integrated into the design of the BMW R 1300 GSA.

The result is a complete motorcycle audio system that not only delivers impressive sound quality but also complements the modern design of this adventure touring machine.

This project was a great opportunity for us to gain new experience working with one of BMW’s most anticipated models in recent years. And most importantly, the owner was extremely happy with the final result — and for us, that kind of feedback is always the best recognition of the work we put into a project.
